Multimedia campaign that helped employees gain a deeper understanding of customers

We developed a creative using objects and typography to represent the eight customers. Pen-portraits and all supporting information were compiled into a handbook that was shared with all colleagues. To further embed the different customer segments, we created a film series that interviewed a real customer from each of the segments to bring them to life in even more detail.
